A collaborative organization of churches and faith-based organizations (members) that have come together to support vulnerable families, resource/foster families, foster youth and child welfare workers. 3FN uses a collective impact model. As faith-based entities, we serve with a christ-centered and compassionate approach. Our mission is to sustain a faith driven collaborative that provides resources, well-being, and safety, for families and children impacted by the child welfare system.
A collective impact model is defined as a collaborative approach to address complex social issues or challenges by bringing together multiple organizations, each with their own unique strengths, resources, and expertise.
Resource / foster families, foster youth, vulnerable families, child welfare workers, foster care agencies, the faith community, and the community at-large.
3FN offers foster care related education/training workshops, foster youth programs, foster family support programs, foster care resource centers, visitation rooms, and vulnerable family support programs.
